Support replied quickly when I asked about games, but my deposit-limit request was another story. I asked for a low monthly cap and the first agent explained where to send it. Nothing changed in the account. The next agent said it was under review. A limit request should not feel like negotiating a bonus, especially when the player is asking to spend less. Eventually I stopped using the account myself. Two stars because chat was available, but availability is not the same as fixing the issue.
