AVOID until they sort their account closure problem out. i had a balance of around 1100 sitting on the site after a good run on big bass splash and a couple of live blackjack hands. requested a withdrawal to btc, got a generic email two days later saying my account was under review for "compliance reasons" with zero detail. tried live chat 4 times over a week, every single agent gave me the same copy paste line about an internal team reviewing and no eta. ended up logging in one morning to find the account locked, no email, no notice, nothing. opened a complaint with their licensing body which is some new commission in new brunswick i had never heard of, filled out the form, still waiting to hear anything back almost 3 weeks later. the worst part is they happily took my deposit immediately, no questions, no compliance review. only became a problem when i tried to take money out. will not be back and i tell anyone who asks. there's a reason the site is brand new and already collecting complaints

Decent enough operator overall but i have one persistent gripe. Got assigned a vip manager after my third deposit, she pushed through a custom 30 percent reload which was nice, but then i didnt hear from her for six weeks. Felt like the personal touch is only there when youre actively losing. Cashback works, withdrawals work, just dont expect anyone to remember you exist outside the deposit cycle.
