this is the one that gets me. took the welcome bonus, ground through the whole wagering requirement which took ages, finally had a withdrawable balance of about 260. requested it and they voided the lot, claiming i breached the max bet rule during the bonus play. nobody flags this while you're playing, there's no warning when you place a bet that's apparently too big, they just let you carry on then use it to wipe your winnings at the end. so all that wagering for nothing. the sportsbook and site are actually decent which makes it more annoying. two stars for the clawback trap

I would have understood if they immediately admitted the mistake and really compensated the players, and did not give "10% to the weekly bonus". This is generally different amount of money. It looks like an attempt to hush up and forget.
