Support works but the entry to chat is annoying. You need the email code first and mine took a few tries, so by the time I got in I was already irritated. The agent answered the actual question about pending withdrawals, so fair enough, but this is not the place I would use for urgent banking help. I play from BC and the missing Interac option is the bigger issue anyway. Crypto is fine when it works, but not everyone wants to move coins just to play slots.
