STAY AWAY if you have ever done a chargeback at any other casino in your life. literally any other casino. i deposited 800 across maybe 5 weeks playing crash and the slots, got my balance up to a bit over 3000 cad, requested cashout on visa and they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. customer service told me it was because of a chargeback at a different brand from like 2024. like what. its not even the same casino name, didnt even know they were related. they kept the entire 3000 and refused to refund my deposits either. im in BC so good luck getting any regulator involved, theres no canadian regulator for any of this stuff. wrote it up to learn the lesson but seriously read the small print about sister brands or just dont use any anjouan licensed site at all, they all have this same clause apparently.
