vera and john used to be one of my absolute favourites, it had this quirky lighthearted personality you just didnt get anywhere else, the little vera and john characters, the playful tone, it felt like a casino made by people who actually had fun. and its still perfectly fine, properly licensed, payouts to my card land in two or three days without drama, the library is solid. but somewhere through the ownership changes it lost a lot of that spark, it feels more corporate and generic now, like any other big operator wearing the old costume. still trustworthy, still reliable, just no longer special. i miss what it was.
