KYC took longer than I expected. They asked for ID and proof of address, then wanted a better card screenshot. Fair enough, but tell people upfront. Once it was done the account worked normally, I just lost patience with the back and forth.

Been a member about 6 weeks. live blackjack runs smooth on evolution tables, the interface is fine, no complaints there. but the weekly 5k cap (so like 7500 cdn) is annoying if you have a decent run going. had to split a bigger withdrawal across two weeks. its workable just not great
