KYC was a mess for me. uploaded id, bank proof, selfie, all the usual stuff. Got asked for another copy two days later, then another “manual review” message. Meanwhile my withdrawal just sat there. I dont mind verification, every casino does it, but this felt like stalling and nobody would give a real timeline. Ended up cancelling and playing some of it back, which is probably what they want tbh.
