KYC turned into more work than I expected. First they wanted ID and proof of address, fair enough, then the upload screen kept rejecting a clear bank statement. Chat told me to try another browser, then another file format, then email it instead. NONE of that was explained before I deposited. I eventually got the documents accepted but the whole process took the fun out of the account. The casino is very quick to show tournaments and bonuses, maybe put the verification requirements in the same obvious place. I am not calling it a scam, I just dont like having to chase basic instructions when my money is already inside.
