Every chat starts from zero, asks the same security questions and ends with “finance is reviewing it.” There is no proper pending-time promise and no clear company name to put in a formal complaint. The games are real and deposits work, so at first I thought the bad comments were exaggerated. Once you try to withdraw more than CA$750, the whole system feels designed to slow you down. I finally received one piece, but the rest was still split into more requests. That is not how a serious cashier should handle a normal withdrawal.
