New player with Bethall. I signed up for a deposit match and free spins bonus. I got my free spins and played my bonus... or so I thought. Their system used my real cash first before using my bonus. I complained to their CSR, and they apologized and said they would give me a refund, but then I got another email saying they would not refund me. Not to mention, to make a withdrawal, you have to wager a ridiculous amount first, like $1200. Very shady business practice. Do not recommend. I'll stick to my usual sites to play who are much more honest and transparent.
