KYC was the weak part for me. I had no issue depositing, obviously, but withdrawing was a different story. They wanted ID, address proof and then asked about the bank account. That is normal up to a point, but the wording was confusing and support kept sending short template replies. I got paid in the end, so this is not a full rage review, but I would not leave a big balance sitting there. Also the cashback looks nicer on the front page than it feels when you actually have to wager it. Read every line first, seriously.
