Bitcoin withdrawal sat on processing for 5 days, support kept saying it was with the finance team. eventually got it but communication was poor the whole way through. update: actually got it on day 6 not 5 once i count the weekend. for a crypto cashout that is way too slow, defeats the point of using crypto in the first place
