KYC was the worst part. recieved an email asking for a third document after I already sent ID and utility bill, ended up being a selfie holding the ID which is fine but they could have asked for it the first time. Cost me 4 days on a withdrawal that should have taken one. Support kept saying its standard procedure but other casinos managed with two docs. Eventually got paid. wont be the place i play long term tbh.
