Mobile site is ok, not amazing. Search works, categories are easy enough, but the promo pages feel cramped on a phone. I had to zoom around to read terms and switched to laptop before depositing. after that it was fine

Account message said temporary suspended for internal investigation and to email support. No reason, no timeline, nothing. Got a reply the next day asking for docs I had already sent. Really poor handling.
