They do not pay your winnings. Instead of paying, they give excuses and delete your account by pointing an unrelated section of their terms and conditions that i was apparently not adhering to. They falsely pin this point to you although you are not in breach of the condition and will take your winnings just so they do not pay you. They stole $16,746.07 from me. After playing excessively for 1 month and losing from my own pocket, $20,000, i asked for my account to be deleted. They said it was removed. Fast forward 3 months, i opened a new account and deposited $4500 of my own money over a period of 48 hours. For the first time ever, i win $16,746.07 so i want to withdraw and at least get some of the money I have given to these soulless entities. They then say i have another account but that was deleted from what they told me and also inactive. But because it is still there without my consent, they are closing my new account and my balance is going with it. No option to transfer the balance or pay me out, they are simply stealing it from me because I used to have an account which I was assured was actually deleted.
