Good afternoon. I have a problem with Snatch Casino. I made a deposit of 2500 usd , but the funds never arrived. I contacted the casino support, they said due to a glitch, the money would be returned to the bank and to me. But there can’t be a return for a month! The bank says that there is no refund and the payment has gone through. I have provided all necessary evidence of the transaction. Please help me understand this situation.
