Besides having horrible and selective customer service they maybe answer you once every few days. And say things like I sent the info to the department which takes weeks. They just took money fr om my account that was sitting in there for withdrawal and I got no email confirmation. It’s just gone the records show I didn’t play it or it wasn’t sent to me. So wh ere the hell did it go ? And they saw me winning so they took forever to verify . But taking money from my account ?? Who does that.
