The actual casino is fine, decent games, big trusted name, but the geolocation software made it unusable for me. i live well within the state line and the location plugin constantly decided i was somewhere i wasn't and locked me out mid session, twice while i had a bet going. tried everything, reinstalled, disabled vpn i wasn't even running, contacted support who just sent me a troubleshooting checklist i could find myself. couldn't reliably play and got nervous about whether a withdrawal would even clear. if the geolocation can't tell I'm in my own living room the whole thing is pointless. one frustrating star
