Most likely a scam! I advise against making payments. I deposited money with them at the end of October (I did everything correctly, but never mind—I didn't get a first deposit bonus). I placed three withdrawal orders on November 1 and was told that it could take up to three working days for them to process. After three days, I learned that the withdrawals had already been processed by the financial operator and would appear in my account in a few hours. The following day, I received the same translation. Two more days later, I was notified via the chat window that the payments had been received by the finance department and will be disbursed shortly (meaning they haven't been with the financial operator for a few days).
