Live fire: unknown persons fired at the car of streamer Konvy in New York
The night of January 10 in the Bronx almost ended in tragedy for a popular Western content maker. During a live broadcast on the Kick platform, an armed attack was carried out on streamer Konvy, also known as a close friend and associate of Adin Ross.
Chronology of the attack
The incident occurred at a time when Konvy, which has an audience of more than 180 thousand followers, was travelling by car in the company of friends. The situation developed rapidly: at first, viewers and participants of the stream noticed the beams of laser designators on themselves. Literally a few seconds later, heavy fire was opened on the car.
In the surviving footage, a series of shots is clearly heard, after which the broadcast abruptly ended. Fragments of the video with the moment of the attack instantly spread across social networks, causing a violent reaction from the community. To stop rumors about the production, Adin Ross made an official confirmation, assuring fans that the shooting was real, and not a planned prank.
Condition of the victims
Fortunately, Konvy himself was not injured in the shootout. Later, he got in touch, saying that he was in a safe place. However, it was not without wounds: one of the bullets hit the streamer's comrade. He was promptly provided with the necessary medical care, and at the moment doctors assess his condition as stable.
In the cabin of the shelled car was another streamer from the Kick platform - ItsJJx (3.8 thousand subscribers). He also later went live to reassure his audience and confirm that he was fine.
Consequences and reaction
Against the backdrop of the incident, Adin Ross announced a review of security measures. The streamer intends to double the number of armed guards at his upcoming Brand Risk fight events.
New York law enforcement agencies have so far remained silent. At the moment, there have been no official comments from the police, there is also no information about the detention of the shooters or the motives for the crime.
You need to scratch your tongue less on the Internet, then lasers will not be aimed at your forehead. They asked for the words, apparently.
Normal warm-up before the fights Brand Risk. Ross is a marketing genius, even if it really happened. He will double the security, yes. Will he also double the price tag for tickets?
Guys, why are you so angry?
Another hype. Ross and his company are always stirring up something for the sake of views. We bet in a week they will release merch with "bullet holes"? I don't believe a word until the cops give an account.
Not a place for rides on camera.
