Yggdrasil Expands Reach with iGP Partnership, But RTP Reduction Remains a Concern
Yggdrasil has announced a new partnership with iGP, making a selection of its titles available via the iGaming Deck aggregation platform. This collaboration will allow iGP’s operator clients and their players to access a variety of Yggdrasil’s games, including popular heritage slots and newer titles such as Trickstar Spins, Max Elements GigaBlox, and Lucky Apocalypse GigaBlox.
The integration adds to iGP’s extensive portfolio, which now features over 10,000 titles alongside promotional tools and analytics systems for operators.
Jose Simon, Chief Commercial Officer at Yggdrasil, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating:
“iGP offers us remarkable reach thanks to the number of clients powered by its services. Our growing portfolio now has access to a significantly larger player pool thanks to our partnership, and since the beginning, it has been a delight to work with its team to make this happen.”

RTP Reduction in Yggdrasil Games
While this partnership expands Yggdrasil’s distribution, it is important to remember that, like other providers, Yggdrasil has implemented RTP reductions in its games. Operators now have the option to lower RTP settings, potentially impacting player returns. This industry-wide trend remains a topic of discussion among players and regulators.

This partnership is part of Yggdrasil’s broader expansion strategy in early 2025. In January, the company secured a B2B gaming license from the Danish gambling authority, Spillemyndigheden, and soon after appointed Jose Simon as Chief Commercial Officer. Additionally, a partnership with Aristocrat Interactive has expanded Yggdrasil’s presence in the US and Ontario, where it now holds exclusive distribution rights for its games.
