I love staying here and the rooms are great, but the beds are too soft and caused discomfort. Also had trouble navigating the TV guide, though overall still a good stay.

We went for a birthday and had a very disappointing experience. The buffet food was poor quality, much of it cold or inedible, and overall it felt like a waste. The casino also lacked excitement.

Hippodrome Trois-Rivieres
We couldn't wait to go outside and check out the casino. It had very ancient video machines and was extremely small. Several elderly people in the afternoon. Not knowing how it would be at night, she had no inclination to give it another shot.

Hippodrome Trois-Rivieres
The employees could be a little friendlier, as they were not at all helpful and merely wanted to go home as it was getting close to closing time. The casino actually closed 10 minutes before closing time; it appeared that a very unprofessional attitude was there and that the main priority was closing up shop before closing time.
