DraftKings Predictions Launches Combos Based on the Parlay Betting Model
On May 11, operator DraftKings expanded the functionality of its prediction markets platform, DraftKings Predictions. The new tool is called Combos and, in practice, works much like a parlay bet: users can bundle several prediction contracts into one overall position.
The mechanics are simple, but the risk is higher than with a single contract. Combos can include up to six contracts on event outcomes. A payout is made only if all selected positions win. One miss, and the entire combo fails.
For now, the feature is available only for sports markets. Futures contracts are not included in Combos, so the tool cannot be used for long-term prediction positions.
Technically, the product runs through the infrastructure of Crypto.com's derivatives exchange. The partnership between DraftKings Predictions and Crypto.com was signed in February 2026, and the launch of Combos has become one of the more notable steps in developing that connection.
For DraftKings, this is another way to bring prediction markets closer to the sports betting logic players already know, but under the legal and product wrapper of event contracts. The Combos format is clearly aimed at users who find single positions too uneventful and want to bundle several outcomes into one riskier scenario.
A decent feature if the odds are fair. Without futures, of course, there is less room to work with.
