It's important to note that while you can find positive reviews on the internet (probably from players who are lucky or have been cheated by the casino itself to increase their credibility), the overwhelming array of independent opinions is negative. JackpotCity's reputation has deteriorated so much that we have blacklisted the casino!

Support and withdrawal issues

Another common complaint is the unsatisfactory work of the support service and the deliberate delay in payouts. Many users describe the same scenario: as soon as it comes to withdrawing their winnings, a strange delay begins. JackpotCity's standard practice of holding a withdrawal request for exactly 72 hours (3 days) is often mentionedduring which the client can cancel the request. An investigation appeared on Casinomeister in 2024, which noted that player reviews were "flooded with stories about a deposit and subsequent blocking of an account without a refund", and the operator did not respond to requests.

In one of the cases, a user tried to withdraw $55,000 of winnings: first, he was forced to confirm the source of funds for several weeks, then they said that the bank had rejected the payment, then they imposed new checks and dragged out time, constantly asking to "wait another 72 hours" – as a result, the desperate player turned to the regulator for help.

Players describe that the chat operators are either incompetent or respond with boilerplate phrases. A user of our website: robertlopez4d (review from 01/24/2025) writes: "I just started winning, requested a payout - and I was blocked. They just took my winnings, they don't respond to emails. It's kind of laughter!" Such stories can be traced back to the beginning of 2025, which indicates the systemic nature of the problem. JackpotCity's reputation in terms of payouts is so bad that even the authoritative resource LCB noted "extremely long delays in payments" and "confiscation of winnings without a good reason".

Thus, problems with withdrawing money and support at JackpotCity are massive and chronic. For players, this means constant stress and a feeling that you need to "beg" for winnings. This practice is in stark contrast to the example of good service: on reliable sites, payouts are made quickly and without unnecessary obstacles, and the support service really helps the user, and does not unsubscribe with monotonous templates.

Bonuses and wagering conditions: frauds and tricks

JackpotCity's bonus offers and related terms and conditions deserve special attention, as the casino has not shown its best side in this area either. Simply put, the casino is accused of being able to rewrite the rules of a bonus or promotion at its own discretion after the player has already met some requirements, just not to pay the promised reward. This is an extremely serious accusation, since violation of the terms of the contract (even if it is a user agreement) undermines the very foundations of trust.

In addition to general statements, there are also specific examples of fraud with bonuses. One of the customers told a story about how he came across a cunning trick when making a second deposit: his bank transfer for $30 did not go through instantly at first, and the player cancelled the transaction through a special link, hoping that the money would be returned to the account. However, instead of a refund, the casino arbitrarily credited these $30 as a bonus, As a result, $30 turned into a "bonus" $60 with the requirement to wager $2,100 (i.e. 70 times more) in order to be eligible for withdrawal. JackpotCity is operated by Bayton Ltd and is formally licensed in Malta (MGA). It also has local licences for a number of regions (e.g. Kahnawake for Canada, possibly a permit in Ontario, etc.). the presence of a licence did not save JackpotCity players from problems.

First of all, it is worth noting that obtaining a licence in itself does not mean an impeccable reputation. Some casinos, having received a licence, then abuse trust, taking advantage of the fact that the complaint process by the regulator is not fast. So, in the above-mentioned case of non-payment of €55,000, the player, after a month of futile attempts, was forced to file a formal complaint with the MGA. What can the regulator do? The MGA and other licensing authorities can indeed influence the casino – up to fines and revocation of the licence. However, this process is bureaucratic: the player needs to collect evidence, file a Complaint in a special form, and wait for consideration. Time goes by weeks and months. During this time, an unscrupulous casino manages to make money on new customers. Precedents for strict sanctions against JackpotCity were not publicly announced, at least large fines or license suspensions were not covered in the news. It is only known about a technical fine of € 3 thousand from the Swedish regulator for late updating the company's data, which has nothing to do with the protection of players' rights.

It should be mentioned that some of JackpotCity's operations are licensed by Kahnawake, an indigenous jurisdiction in Canada. Kahnawake's license is less reputable at the global level, and there are even fewer mechanisms to force casinos to pay winnings there. If an operator is prone to dubious practices, the regulator reacts after the fact, when the reputation and nerves of players are damaged.

Conclusion: the JackpotCity license, unfortunately, has not become a guarantee of honesty. Players in conflict situations are left alone with the problem and are forced to seek justice through external authorities. This contrasts with really reliable casinos, where it simply does not come to this - controversial issues are resolved, fairly, at the level of support, and not brought to complaints to regulators.
