Mike Tyson Lost $20,000 on a Duel Stream at His Own Blackjack Table
Crypto casino Duel is continuing to push its brand of noisy live broadcasts with celebrities at the table. After the Lil Pump stream, which had already spread across social media because of the rapper’s chaotic behaviour, the platform brought in a much heavier name for blackjack — Mike Tyson.
The legendary heavyweight appeared as a live dealer and quickly turned a regular card deal into another Duel performance. During the broadcast, Tyson took off his clothes, showed the kids’ 6-7 meme, and generally leaned into the exact format the crypto casino is now using to build reach: a celebrity at the table, a bit of absurdity, and plenty of clips for social media.
But the show did not end there. At one point, Tyson decided not just to deal the cards, but to play himself. It did not go especially well: luck was not on the boxer’s side, and he lost $20,000 right there during the stream.
The only question is how long this format can keep working. For now, Duel is managing to pull viral moments out of almost every broadcast. But when every new stream has to be stranger than the last, the bar quickly moves to a point where a regular Mike Tyson appearance may no longer be enough.
