Slots & Diapers has appeared on Steam - an absurd blend of a clicker, an idle game, and a casino management simulator. The project was developed by small studio Parodie Games, while Lazy Otter handled publishing. It was released on June 3, 2026.
The title captures the idea fairly accurately. The player gets a casino where slot machines are spun by elderly visitors in diapers. There are no dealers, security guards, or serious economic model here: everything revolves around constant spins, buying upgrades, and gradually pushing the numbers higher.
The first machine has to be started manually. Each spin brings in-game money, which can be invested in more productive models. New slots work faster, offer bigger multipliers, and noticeably speed up capital accumulation. Over time, manual clicking fades into the background: the player starts hiring seniors who spin the machines by themselves and turn Slots & Diapers into a full-fledged idle clicker.
Diapers Count as Currency Here Too
Money is far from the only resource. The machines and hired seniors also produce used diapers, which the developers call Liquid Assets with financial seriousness. They cannot be sold on an exchange, but they can be traded for temporary income boosts.
These boosters help the player earn faster, accelerate individual machines, and move through another development cycle. The game even includes a special slot where accumulated "assets" can be risked for extra prizes and multipliers. The humour comes from the way standard finance terms are literally mixed with toilet-themed jokes.
The rarest result on any machine is called Mega Jackpot. Instead of a regular cash payout, it grants RAM - Retired Adult Memories. The abbreviation refers to computer random-access memory, but inside the game RAM functions as an especially valuable currency.
It unlocks permanent skills that remain after a full casino reset. The player activates Reboot, loses the machines and most current progress, but keeps the purchased upgrades. The next run starts from zero, but develops much faster. It is a familiar prestige system from incremental games, only here it is wrapped in a story about seniors, slots, and strange waste recycling.
A Story and Competitive Mode Are Hidden Behind the Jokes
The developers did not stop at an endless chase for bigger numbers. In Slots & Diapers, players can change the design of the gaming floor and the appearance of the seniors. A hidden storyline also unlocks as the game progresses: the authors hint that something more serious lies behind the bright machines and constant jackpots, but they do not reveal the details in advance.
For players who want more than simple accumulation, there is a global leaderboard. Players from around the world compare how many Liquid Assets they have collected and fight for the top positions. In other words, the competition is not about winnings, progress speed, or casino size, but about the volume of accumulated used diapers.

This is not a serious casino simulator, of course. Slots & Diapers is more of a parody of gambling, financial terminology, and familiar clicker mechanics, where every action must ultimately make the numbers grow even faster. This time, however, the main measure of success is not chips or profit, but an army of seniors and an impressive stockpile of "liquid assets".
